We work in homes people are still living in
T&T Construction is a hands-on remodeling company. We are the crew on site, not a call center handing your project to whoever is available that week. That is the whole reason the finish work holds up.
Most of our projects happen around dinner, homework and a dog that wants to inspect the job site. So we plan the work in phases, keep dust where it belongs, sweep at the end of the day and tell you what is happening tomorrow before we leave.
The details are where remodels get judged: trim that meets clean, tile lines that carry through the room, switches and fixtures placed where you actually reach for them. We would rather slow down on the last ten percent than rush it.

Our process
Five steps, and a house you can still live in
Dust control, daily cleanup and written change orders are part of the job, not an upgrade.

Step 1
Consult
We come to the house, look at the space with you and ask what is not working. Measurements, photos and a straight answer about what is realistic.

Design and quote
Layout options, material selections and a written scope of work with line items. You see what is included before anything is ordered.

Protect and prep
Dust barriers up, floors and furniture covered, work zone defined. We plan around the parts of the house you still need to live in.

Build
One crew, one point of contact, daily cleanup. Any change gets written down and priced before we act on it, never after.

Walkthrough
We go through the finished space together, work the punch list until it is empty and leave notes on how to care for the finishes.

Our basement sat empty for six years. T&T framed it, wired it and finished it in five weeks, and the kids have not come upstairs since.
They opened the wall between the kitchen and dining room and kept us cooking the whole time. Every change order was written down before anyone touched a tool.
The deck framing was so clean I almost hated to cover it. Railing lines are dead straight and the lighting was run exactly where we asked.
Small bathroom, big difference. They found rot behind the old surround, showed me photos and fixed it right instead of tiling over it.
New floors through the main level and paint in every room. Furniture moved, floors covered, and the house was vacuumed each evening.
