Services
Eight trades, one crew, one scope of work
We take on whole rooms and whole houses, including the finish work that usually gets handed off: trim, lighting coordination and the outdoor spaces that connect to them.
01
Basement makeovers
Turn the square footage you already own into the room the family actually uses.
A finished basement is the cheapest square footage you will ever add, because the shell already exists. We handle the framing, insulation, wiring and mechanical rerouting first, then build the room around how you actually want to use it.
Most of our basements end up part family room, part guest suite, with a wet bar or kitchenette in between. We plan egress, ceiling height and lighting early so the finished space feels like the rest of the house rather than a converted cellar.
- Framing, insulation and drywall
- Egress windows and code-safe wiring
- Wet bars, built-ins and media walls
- Luxury vinyl plank, carpet or hardwood
02
Kitchen upgrades
A kitchen you actually cook in, with the counter space and storage the old layout never had.
Kitchens live or die on layout. Before we price cabinets we map how you cook, where the trash goes, and which wall is worth opening, then build a plan that fixes the traffic jams instead of hiding them.
From there it is careful execution: level cabinet runs, tight quartz seams, backsplash tile that lines up with the range, and undercabinet lighting run clean so no cords show.
- Cabinet install and refacing
- Quartz, granite or butcher block tops
- Tile backsplash and undercabinet lighting
- Appliance fit and plumbing coordination
03
Bathroom upgrades
Tight rooms handled with care, from waterproofing under the tile to the last piece of trim.
Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot happening behind the walls. We waterproof the shower properly, set the slope so water goes where it should, and pressure test before a single tile goes up.
Then comes the part you see every morning: a vanity sized to the room, quiet exhaust, warm lighting at the mirror, and tile lines that meet where they should.
- Walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions
- Full waterproofing and tile setting
- Vanities, mirrors and fixture swaps
- Exhaust, lighting and heated floor options
04
Flooring
Hardwood, LVP, tile and laminate installed flat, quiet and squared to the room.
Flat floors start under the surface. We check for high spots, dips and squeaks, then prep the subfloor so hardwood does not telegraph seams and tile does not crack a year later.
Hardwood, engineered, luxury vinyl plank, laminate or tile, we set clean transitions at every doorway and put new base or shoe trim back so the edges look finished.
- Subfloor prep and leveling
- Hardwood, engineered and laminate install
- Luxury vinyl plank and sheet goods
- Tile, transitions and new base trim
05
Interior painting
Clean lines, even sheen and rooms put back together the same day we finish them.
Good interior paint is mostly prep. Nail holes filled, seams sanded, edges caulked, everything else masked, and primer where the surface needs it.
We cut trim lines by hand, roll for even sheen, and put the room back together at the end of the day so you are not living around drop cloths for a week.
- Patching, sanding and priming
- Walls, ceilings and crisp trim lines
- Cabinet and door refinishing
- Full masking and daily cleanup
06
Exterior painting
Prep that holds up to weather, so the color still looks right several seasons out.
Outside, prep is the whole job. We wash, scrape, prime bare spots, replace rotted boards and caulk the joints that let water in before any color goes on.
Siding, soffit, fascia, shutters, doors and railings get coated in the right product for the surface so the finish holds through the seasons.
- Wash, scrape and spot repair
- Caulking and rot board replacement
- Siding, soffit, fascia and shutters
- Doors, railings and garage frames
07
Decks
Framing you can trust under decking that stays comfortable barefoot in July.
The part you never see decides how long a deck lasts. Proper footings, flashed ledger, correct joist spacing and hardware rated for the material.
On top of that goes composite or cedar decking, railing that lines up with the house, stairs that feel solid underfoot, and low-voltage lighting run before the boards close in.
- Footings, framing and ledger flashing
- Composite or cedar decking
- Cable, wood or metal railing
- Stairs, skirting and low-voltage lighting
08
Patios and outdoor living
Covered patios, outdoor kitchens and shaded seating that stretch the season out back.
Outdoor living is where a remodel pays you back every warm evening. We plan sun, shade, sightlines from the kitchen and where people naturally gather.
Paver or stone surfaces, covered structures, an outdoor counter run for grilling, and lighting coordinated so the space works after sunset.
- Paver and stone patio surfaces
- Covered structures and pergolas
- Outdoor kitchens and counter runs
- String lighting and fixture coordination
